Introduction
This course is designed to clarify project management concepts and is based on PMI’s (www.pmi.org) PMBOK (project management body of knowledge). Project management covers a much broader perspective including areas like project scope, time, cost, quality, human resource, communication, risk and procurement management.

Course Philosophy
This course is based on interactive group discussions and is tailor made to cater unique requirements of each group participants. In order to ensure quality training, each group is restricted to maximum 5 to 6 participants. More emphasis will be given to real-life examples and situations to clearly understand project management concepts.
